To be changed to PUB2 A quickly eroding beach with sand bluffs on Whidbey Island. Beach is access by a short set of stairs. Limited parking and no other amenities. Beach north of the access point can be dangerous due to eroding bluff walls, best to state close to the water's edge. Possible kayak launch and nice beach walking.
