This boat ramp and waterway is suitable for launching both motorized or hand-carried (non-motorized) boats, such as kayaks or canoes. "Getting to the Water's Edge": This boat launch on a shallow, sandy bay is only usable for SHALLOW-DRAFT BOATS at OPTIMAL TIDES. Co-owned by island County and the Port of South Whidbey, this access is managed by Island County Parks. Located at the end of Robinson Rd. The launch at Bush Point is a better alternative for most watercraft, especially larger boats. The ramp frequently sands in, requiring a lot of maintenance
